Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar Movie Review

Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar is the most-awaited film of Shraddha Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor, as both Kapoor kids will be sharing the screen for the first time ever.

Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar is scheduled to be released on 08 March, 2023. TU JHOOTHI MAIN MAKKAAR is a love story between two young and modern individuals. Rohan Arora aka Mickey (Ranbir Kapoor) resides in Delhi with his family. Although he handles his family business, out of passion, he also has a secret profession. He helps those who want to break up in such a manner that they don’t come across as villains. His best friend Manu Dabas (Anubhav Singh Bassi) is all set to get married to his girlfriend, Kinchi (Monica Chaudhary). Both head to Spain for a bachelor trip of sorts and Mickey also accompanies them. Kinchi’s friend Tinni aka Nisha Malhotra (Shraddha Kapoor) also joins the trio. Mickey falls crazily in love with Tinni. Tinni initially decides to have a fling with Mickey. But seeing how serious Mickey is for her, she also falls for him and they begin a romantic relationship. Once they are back in India, Mickey introduces Tinni to his family as he intends to marry her. And from here on, problems arise.

The dialogues are seeti maar and how A scene where Dimple says “Tini ki laga di maine aaaj’ and another where she asks ‘did she fuck up’ might just be some of the most hilarious things. Though there are moments that make the first half feel a tad bit stretchy but the highs are in the moments. Their personal life references will definitely get a laugh (you’ll know when you see it). Without giving spoilers, there are cameos you might not know of but they are fun plugins. A Luv Ranjan film without a monologue? No way. You won’t miss the monologue because Bassi has this fun one that manages to fly through the sky and will have you laughing to no extents.

The climax is the BEST part about the movie The final few minutes of the film are as hilarious as they get and everything about it is as fun as it is meaningful to the movie’s story, in its own way. Everyone has managed to get their best shoes on when it comes to the comic relief it provides and it feels like the film has come to a full circle because you probably had the exact same questions and discussion that the Arora family is seen having. And then, you get the ending you probably did not think of, and yet, its perfect in its own right.
