The spinner claimed five wickets in the eight overs he bowled as Pakistan could only muster 128 runs before losing eight wickets. Haris Rauf, who didn’t bowl, and Naseem Shah, who left the field during the closing stages on the Indian innings didn’t walk out to bat, handing India a resounding 229-run victory.
